This town home in Scottsdale had been in the family for many years. It’s outdated interior was ready for a stunning transformation!

The homeowners wanted to modernize the look, feel and function of the 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Together we assembled a team that turned the outdated, claustrophobic interior into a stylish home they could enjoy for years to come.

We re-imagined the space to create a modern home with the amenities homeowners have come to expect. Many changes were implemented in this complete interior renovation.

The modern farmhouse style of this remodel incorporates hex shaped tiles, wood accents, and custom cabinetry in an open space with 9′ ceilings.

Scottsdale Whole House Remodel: Window & Door Replacement

The original, inefficient windows and doors in the home were outdated and didn’t function well. The large living room window had some rotted wood in the sill.

We replaced the windows with Milgard vinyl sliding windows with energy efficient double pane glass. The damaged wood sill was replaced with a new cedar sill that was custom fabricated on site.

The new windows looked much better, operated more smoothly, and als made the interior more quite.

Project Construction was the general contractor for our major condominium remodel.

The most pronounced attribute Robert Valenti brought to the project was his attention to detail.

From the architect to the subs to the final clean-up everything was handled professionally but also personally, as if this were his home and not ours.
