Project Construction was the general contractor for our major condominium remodel.

The most pronounced attribute Robert Valenti brought to the project was his attention to detail. From the architect to the subs to the final clean-up everything was handled professionally but also personally, as if this were his home and not ours.

We appreciated his hands-on approach throughout the entire project. We highly recommend him.

Last year we had Project LLC enclose our carport to a single car garage, rebuild the bump out on the front of our house, replace the wood on our house with Hardy cement fiber board siding, and finish the inside of our laundry room. They did an excellent job. We are incredibly pleased with the results and have gotten several compliments from our neighbors.

Robert’s estimate was very close to the actual cost, and he saved us money when he could (getting a better price on materials). He also was remarkably close to his estimated delivery date. We did change or add a few things along the way and Robert was great to work with to add these in.

Robert, Tom, and Brandon did all the work on the house. They were extremely easy to work with and the quality was excellent, and we appreciated the attention to detail. Another testament to the quality of work was when the city inspector would come by to check the construction at critical points. The inspector’s visits were quick, and the work passed on the first visit. We will use Robert and Project LLC again in the future.

Robert built an addition on my house, two sheds, a covered patio, a deck, remodeled my kitchen & bathroom, finished the basement, built some shelving, installed new windows and doors, a metal roof with a covered entrance, and new siding with a thick layer of insulation on the exterior - pretty much the whole house!

He and his team also replaced the electrical panel, lighting, and sealed up the attic. What a difference all the insulation made. The house is comfortable and more energy efficient. He came up with nice design ideas, and everything looks great.

Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well.

I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits (they are a pain).

Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

Robert designed a carport conversion to a master suite for us. He was very easy to collaborate with and happily accommodated our many change requests. The final drawings were thorough and easily passed through the Scottsdale permitting process.

Project Construction LLC helped us install a pool in our small, challenging back yard.

They worked with a professional pool company, and then finished around the pool with pavers, fencing, and a drainage system that works great. They built a slick shade cover for the pool pump and heater too!

They've also done some painting, cabinetry, and doors for us and always take good care of our needs.
