The Aire Libre Ln home remodeling project in North Scottsdale, AZ was a complete interior renovation of a 1990’s town home done for a Phoenix area real estate investment company.

This 2000 sq. ft. interior consisted of oak cabinetry, laminate countertops, beige paint and carpet that was common for the era in which it was built. It desperately needed a modern design overhaul and updates to appeal to today’s home buyers.

We brightened the space and created a clean, timeless, and modern design. The property upgrades included:
