From the very beginning we set out to be up front with homeowners about everything. During your home remodel, you can expect that we will provide:
We’d like to know what’s important to you, on your project, in your home.
What do we need to be sensitive about while working on your home? What’s important to you and your family? Together we can learn if we’re a good fit for your project, it starts with a conversation.Â
Working together we plan your home remodel for success. As an experienced home remodeling company, we can suggest structural and layout changes, finish options, and more.

Your needs and your project are always top of mind. We work to keep your project on track & on budget.Â
Homeowners have high standards and expectations. Fortunately, so do we!
Our work is consistently clean, sharp, and visually stunning. We make sure your remodel is building code compliant, and will pass all city inspections.
We don’t cut corners, and do the job right, every time.Â
We are typically a good fit if you want to hire a remodeling contractor who will do a great job managing and building your project, and where there is an adequate budget to accomplish your goals.
If high standards are important to you, we really should talk!
Our Employees:
We only use talented carpenters and builders to work on your home remodel. Why compromise when it comes to doing a great job?
We make sure everyone understands your project, what needs to get done, and what’s important to you.
Trade Partners:
We hire qualified, professional subcontractors to work on your home remodel. They know their trades inside-out, and stand behind their work.
Navigating the design and permitting requirements for a home remodeling project in Scottsdale, Phoenix, or Paradise Valley can be confusing. We can help you determine whether your project will need a permit.
For some projects, you don’t need a permit at all. If no permits are required we can schedule the project more quickly.
If a permit is required we can assemble the required documentation and submit it to the City or Town.
Some projects can be permitted online, while others may require a review process at the city building department. That will take time, and may entail some design effort.

If your project requires drawings for a permit, we can draw them using Chief Architect design software. We can show you both 2d plan views and 3d views of your project.
We’ve designed and permitted home remodeling projects of all kinds, and are very familiar with building codes and city requirements.Â
We can also collaborate with local architects and designers to create your drawings, or review project drawings you’ve had drawn.
Sometimes hiring an architect is the best way to design your home remodel. They are formally trained in the design of homes and living spaces, and can bring a lot of creativity and insight to your project, or solve complex design issues.

Yes! We hire qualified, licensed, professional subcontractors to work on your home addition.
Our trade partners are carefully chosen based on their commitment to quality work, reliability, and other factors.
Yes! We are bonded and maintain current liability insurance, as well as workers compensation insurance as required by law.
Our employees and subcontractors are covered, so you won’t have to worry about uninsured construction activity on you property. We’ve got you covered!
We recommend removing your belongings from the work area before construction starts.
If items are not easily removed, we cover and protect them so that they don’t get damaged or covered in dust. We also protect walls, floors, and fixtures in place.
Do the contractors you’re talking to have a plan to protect your home and family from dust?
“We went to look at a project years ago, and a plumbing company was replacing the drains throughout the home. There was dust everywhere, on every surface, and there was a child in the home.
What a tragedy for that family.”
Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite is important to us. A fan in a window is not enough to prevent massive dust contamination.
We’ve invested in HEPA air filtration equipment designed to capture remodeling dust. We employ dust control measures throughout the duration of every remodeling project.
Your health and safety depend on it!
Dust Protection Measures
Â
Absolutely. Lead paint was banned in the 1970’s. If your home was built before 1978, you could have lead paint on the interior or exterior of your house.
We are a “Lead-Safe Certified Firm” and follow the EPA’s RRP (Renovation, Repair & Painting) guidelines when we’re working on your home.
In Pre-1978 homes, we test any painted surface we are working on for lead paint. If we get a positive result, we follow appropriate containment, clean up, and disposal precautions.
Many of the homes we work on that were built before 1978 do have lead paint, but not always. That’s why we test for lead.
Is this required?
Yes. It’s a fact that EVERY construction company in the USA that does work on homes built before 1978 is required to be certified and follow guidelines to protect children from lead poisoning.
Ask every contractor that works on your pre-1978 home if they are a Lead-Safe Certified Firm, and how they protect you and your home from lead paint contamination.
We maintain a tidy work area and always have our own barrels on site. We do not use your trash receptacle to discard construction debris.
Debris and trash is disposed of regularly, and not left laying around the work area or your property.
How we handle trash depends on the work that is being done on your project. We may use any of the following:
Nearly 3 decades of doing remodeling projects and renovations has taught us what’s important to homeowners.
Remodeling projects are complex and disruptive. They require a great deal of skill and attention to detail.
Without a dedicated and capable remodeling contractor by your side, there’s potential for mistakes, delays, or unforeseen costs.
You could end up dissatisfied with the results of your project, or the way it was managed. Who want’s that?Â
When you choose a contractor for your home remodeling project, we hope you get everything you’re looking for, and you are satisfied with the results. You deserve it!
We’d love to be that choice. We think we can provide you and your family with a positive experience and a beautiful space.

Homeowners expect quality work and professionalism from a contractor. Almost every contractor will say they do quality work and provide good service.
There’s a great quote that says:
“If a business says something about themselves, it’s a claim. If a customer says it, it’s a fact.”
We love that one!
